Buying the property was only the beginning.
The street, the light and the proportions were the reason you bought it. Inside, a layout drawn for another era, waiting to receive yours.

Layout, circulation and light, redrawn from the survey to the execution drawings. And the cost drawn alongside them, by the same team that will be on site.

Every property holds a version of itself that never came to be. That is the one we look for. And once it appears, it is hard to believe it was ever anything else.
Looking for Interior Design? The street, the light and the proportions were the reason you bought it. Inside, a layout drawn for another era, waiting to receive yours.
A day is made of rituals, and some of them no longer fit where they began. The table that now seats more people, the late afternoon that moved to another room, the hour that still has no place of its own.
A residence that begins to welcome guests. A floor that is no longer an office. A new purpose, within the same walls.

1. Light and materials
Where light falls is decided by walls and openings, and no finish can correct it later. Only then do we choose what will receive it.
02
2. What you feel
The acoustics between rooms. The light at seven in the morning. The sound of a door closing. None of it shows in a photograph, and all of it decides whether a place is good to be in.
03
3. Proportion
A floor plan can always fit one more bedroom. It costs the property its proportion, and proportion is the one thing that cannot be added later. When the two are at odds, proportion wins.

4. Sequence
A floor plan is a set of rooms. A day is a sequence: where you set down what you carry in, where the light finds you.
