What happens after I send a message?
We reply within 24 working hours. If there is enough to go on, we propose a date for a first conversation; if not, we ask two or three questions first.
Is the first meeting chargeable?
No. It is a conversation about the property and what you expect from it, with no presentation and no commitment.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing is required. Plans, a deed or photographs will shorten the process if you have them, but the conversation happens without any of it.
I have not bought the property yet. Is it still worth talking?
It is, and it is often the better moment. What a property is allowed to become, and what its layout will allow, is decided before the purchase rather than after it.
Where do you work?
In Lisbon, in Cascais and across the country. Most decisions are made remotely, so the address of the property does not limit how the project is followed.
