Located in Leiria, THE ADDRESS presents itself as more than just a residential project. It aims to be a signature in the city's lifestyle. A discreet yet recognizable landmark that translates a new way of living: contemporary, conscious, and connected to the urban rhythm. Designed for a demanding and culturally informed generation, the project positions itself as a silent icon, where architecture intersects with identity and lifestyle. Inspired by the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, it redefines the concept of home as a base, refuge, and natural extension of its inhabitants.

Challenge
The main challenge was to create a building capable of standing out in the consolidated urban fabric without disrupting it, asserting presence without excess, building identity without noise. A balance was sought between architectural value, versatility, and timelessness, simultaneously meeting the demands of housing and investment.
The ambition to create a project with iconic character implied a rigorous design, where each decision contributes to a cohesive, lasting, and recognizable image within the city context.
Aproach
The approach is based on clear, fluid, and intentional language, where each space is conceived as part of a continuous experience. The architecture seeks to go beyond function, creating a narrative where light, materiality, and proportion build identity.
More than imposing itself, THE ADDRESS distinguishes itself by the way it integrates and reveals itself, a balance between discretion and presence. An interior design project designed to accompany contemporary life, but also to mark its time. A place that is not just for living, but for belonging. A new reference in Leiria's urban lifestyle.
