About the project
Welcome to The Ground, an interior architecture project that turned a commercial space into a true icon of success in Areeiro, Lisbon. With an area of 62 square meters, this project aims to prepare the space for a leasing regime, optimizing and renovating every centimeter with expertise and vision. Our goals were clear: to create a functional, attractive environment with great commercial potential, while significantly increasing the value of this unique property.

Challenge
he degraded state of the property and the limited natural light were obstacles to overcome. Moreover, the longitudinal layout of the space, with just one opening, required a creative approach to maximize its potential.
Aproach
We optimized space utilization, bringing natural light throughout the environment. Flexibility is the key, making the space perfect for various commercial possibilities. We crafted a multi-faceted experience that allows the space to easily adapt to different contexts.
We took advantage of the double-height ceiling to increase the usable area, making the ambiance more comfortable and inviting. The neutral, warm, and flexible finishings provide the opportunity to customize the space for any type of business, giving future tenants the chance to create their unique vision in this special location.
