Challenge
The original state of the property was far from welcoming, and the connection between the interior and the outdoor space left much to be desired. We also noticed that natural light wasn't being cherished as this house faces south.
Aproach
Preserving the soul of this home, reorganizing the interior, and optimizing every available inch were our guiding principles. The usable area received a magical touch, transforming from T2 to T3, providing more comfort for everyone. Natural light now dances gracefully in every corner, thanks to the new openings and skylights we installed, creating a harmonious relationship between the interior and the splendid new exterior. The social area, now embraced in a spectacular open space, treats guests to a whole new experience. A majestic glass opening grants direct access to the outside, where a fascinating deck and a refreshing pool await moments of pure serenity and joy. This transformation is more than just a renovation. It's a rebirth, a celebration of life and space.
