About the project
Birre is a unique and privileged location, situated between the stunning coastal beauty of inspiring beaches and the vibrant urban centers of Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon. This peaceful refuge offers security, tranquility, and a remarkable quality of life, perfect for families looking to create lasting memories in a calm environment. The Quietopia project involves the construction of a four-bedroom (V4) single-family home with around 260m² of living space and a pool, prioritizing harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces. This home is designed with a contemporary aesthetic that blends modernity with comfort, using neutral and earthy tones enhanced by vibrant accents to create exclusive and cozy environments.

Challenge
The main challenge for the Quietopia project was to maximize the use of the 260m² living space, ensuring that the property offers not only a contemporary and cozy aesthetic but also optimized functionality for its residents. The priority was to integrate efficient storage solutions and create personalized spaces that reflect the residents' tastes and needs. Additionally, the project must ensure a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas, striking a balance between attractive design and practical functionality without compromising the comfort and sensory experience of the "home feeling".
Aproach
The approach for the Quietopia interior design project focused on creating an exclusive and personalized design for the entire property, with attention to both interior and exterior spaces that promote a sense of modernity and comfort. The color palette includes neutral and earthy tones like grey, beige, and forest green, enhanced by vibrant accents that add personality to the spaces. The design proposal aims to create a balanced and welcoming atmosphere, blending contemporary aesthetics with functionality. Optimizing limited spaces, integrating practical storage solutions, and creating personalized decorative elements are essential for providing its residents with a cohesive visual and sensory experience, enhancing well-being at its fullest potential.
