About the project
The Majestic is an architecture and interior design project developed for a family living in the Alvalade neighborhood of Lisbon. This T3 typology apartment, intended for permanent housing, was fully renewed and adapted to the current needs and dynamics of the customers. The main goal was to transform the dated space into a modern, inspiring, and scenic environment, with high-quality materials and finishes.

Challenge
The challenge was to create a modern, functional, and visually appealing space that meets the specific needs and desires of the family. The team had to work within the constraints of the existing space and budget while ensuring that the design was both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
Aproach
Our approach was to select high-quality materials and finishes such as wood, stones, and iron. The team strategically placed the main differentiating element, a bio-ethanol fireplace, in the most impactful zone, the living and dining area. By doing so, they created a space that is both practical and visually stunning. The team also carefully considered the customers' specific needs and desires, designing a space that would meet their current lifestyle while providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Currently, the project is under construction, and the team is working to bring the design to life.
