The Heritage project is a harmonious blend of modernity and tradition, a single-family home that stands as a testament to timeless architectural elegance. Nestled on a 698 sqm plot, with a 300 sqm construction area, this two-story, four-bedroom residence captures the essence of refined living. The Heritage concept weaves together privacy, natural light, and ample storage within an open-space layout, fostering both connectivity and seclusion. It is a sanctuary where contemporary design meets the charm of classic aesthetics.

Challenge
The journey of creating the Heritage project was a delicate dance of balancing contrasts. The primary challenge lies in crafting a space that maximizes privacy without sacrificing the open-space layout that encourages family togetherness and fluid transitions. Another challenge was to bathe the interiors in natural light while preserving intimate corners. The demand for smart storage solutions to keep the living spaces uncluttered and functional also posed a creative hurdle.
Aproach
Our approach to the Heritage project was guided by a vision of blending beauty with practicality. We invited natural light to play through large windows and skylights, illuminating the home while ensuring serene privacy with thoughtfully placed partitions and elements. The open-space design is an artful composition of distinct zones, offering solitude without detachment. Custom storage solutions are seamlessly integrated, enhancing space efficiency and maintaining an uncluttered elegance. The result is a dwelling that not only fulfills the demands of modern living but also evokes a warm, timeless charm, staying true to the Heritage concept.
