About the project
Gravity is an interior architecture and design project developed as a "refuge" for the client who opted for the banks of the Tagus River not only to share life but also to have a pleasant space to receive their visits. If the south view reveals a more manufacturing side of the river, the north has favored the view of the private garden, as well as the pool.

Challenge
The project was developed to combine the residential, labor, and playful requirements required by the client. One of the central premises was always to provide functionality and a relationship between spaces, design, and comfort. Ideas materialize through textures, as well as various shades of color. We were challenged to work with varied textures, and as such, we resorted to varied materials, from natural wood, stone, glass, fabrics, and even iron.
Aproach
With such a versatile material composition, the glass eventually assumed a privileged role, bringing greater brightness to the north-facing divisions, a greater amplitude of the spaces, and a balance for different materialities we could not dispense. With the use of neutral tones such as white or taupe, contrasting with gray or even black tones, it was possible to achieve the harmony of space through the diversity of the color palette used.
