About the project
Concavo was born from the desire to create a home shaped from within, where light, serenity, and the connection to the sea define a profoundly human and welcoming atmosphere. Inspired by the shape of a seashell, the project translates shelter, fluidity, and introspection, seeking a balance between natural aesthetics, conscious functionality, and emotional comfort. The house becomes a light and intentional refuge, designed to keep pace with the rhythm of a young family that prioritizes simplicity, nature, and the discreet beauty of well-lived days.

Challenge
The main challenge lay in maintaining the visual and sensory coherence of the concept while responding to the multiple practical needs of family life—from multifunctional spaces to work, social, and rest areas. The house has different rhythms of use and zones with their own identities, requiring a delicate balance between aesthetic lightness, material resistance, and daily ergonomics. Another challenge is ensuring that each room preserves the desired luminosity and tranquility, avoiding visual noise and striking elements, aligned with the family's clear preferences for a natural and refined aesthetic.
Aproach
The approach was based on an organic, luminous, and soft language, favoring natural materials, rounded shapes, and a palette that reinforces continuity and calm. Each space is designed to be intuitive, fluid, and emotionally balanced, ensuring that the house fulfills its functions with beauty and naturalness. The integration of vibrant textures, strategic lighting, and delicately contoured furniture creates an environment consistent with Côncavo's vision: a place that welcomes from within, promotes presence, and offers an uncomplicated, luminous, and affectionate experience.
